No. The video uses your real photos exactly as you took them. We do not generate, retouch or restyle them, and the video only shows what is in them. Because nothing is synthetic, there is no AI-generated image content to label under the EU AI Act's transparency rules. The only text AI writes is the short caption on each photo, which you read and can change.
One credit makes one finished video. You get 5 free credits when you sign up, with no card. After that you buy a pack of 10, 25, 50 or 100 credits as a one-time payment. There is no subscription, and larger packs cost less per video.
The credit is returned to your balance automatically, so you do not pay for a video you did not get. You can try again straight away.
The app and the text on the video work in eight languages: English, Bulgarian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish. You choose the language of each video, and the captions are written in it.
If the photos are ready, filling in the details and checking the captions takes a couple of minutes. The video is then created in the background, so you can leave the page and come back to download it.
A vertical 9:16 MP4 (1080×1920), about 20 to 35 seconds, made for Instagram Reels and Stories, Facebook and TikTok. You download the file and post it yourself. PropReels does not post for you yet, and there is no horizontal or square export.
Yes. AI suggests a short caption for each photo based on the photo and the facts you entered. You can rewrite or delete any of them before the video is created, so nothing is shown that you have not approved.
Your photos and listing details are used only to create your videos. You can delete a listing, and its photos and videos go with it. Please read the Privacy policy for the details of what we store and which services process it.
Each broker can use their own account today. Shared agency workspaces, with one brand kit and one pool of credits for the whole team, are coming soon. Write to us if you want to be told when they are ready.
